Buffet for Daddy Dearest

Tummy’s filled to the brim! Just back from a buffet session at http://www.parkroyalhotels.com/en/hotels/singapore/beach_road/parkroyal/restaurants/plaza_brasserie.html, a place we used to frequent for occassions such as birthdays years back. We remembered that Drunken Prawns was good, and the Durian Pratas that they used to have…. After having not been here for quite awhile, we decided to celebrate Father’s Day with a buffet dinner :P~~~
My Starter Platter: Caesar Salad, Ice-Cold Seafood, Jellyfish, Drunken Chicken and a Fried Cheese Tofu
Hubby enjoyed the Laksa, so I took a bowl too. The gravy wasn't very hot... led to cockles being "bloody". Bee Hoon was too soft 😦
The legendary Drunken Prawns was a disappointment. Soup was not piping hot and prawns weren't very fresh 😦
